R & D

There are 70 engineers in the Research and Development team at Lucent Trans Electronics Co, Ltd. Our motto is to get everything right at the first step of development. The team is devoted to meeting various demands from customers and keeping up with the trend in the market. The R&D expanse has accounted for more than 3% of annual revenue for the last 3 years.

R & D Dept. (Headquarter)

Lucent Trans established the R&D Headquarter in Taiwan. Most of our EE/ME/ID engineers have more than 10-year experience in research and development. They are such experienced and professional experts in the related field that they can promptly generate premium and functional products to meet market and customers’ demands.

Electrical (Guangzhou)

Most of our engineers have more than 10-year experience in product maintain and Mass Production Supporting. There are 2 groups: switching power supply and computer peripherals. They are such experienced and professional experts in the related field that they can promptly generate premium and functional products to meet market and customers’ demands.

Mechanical (Guangzhou)

Several well-trained mechanical engineers who are familiar with sophisticated 3D mechanical design software can provide customers with firsthand product identification and measurement.

Manufacturing

Insertion Line

We own thirteen insertion lines and thirteen auto dry ovens. We insist the concept of high efficiency and high quality in the Production process.
Besides, we totally follow the rule of the IS 9001 to complete the PCB ‘s insertion and sealing procedure.

Assembly

We own eight assembly lines and we apply the military standard , MIL-STD-105E, as quality control that all the products have to pass the four serious function testing from assembly to packaging. As a result, all the products we made are perfect.

SMT line

We have three SMT lines to enhance capacity and the whole production capability. The whole SMT production line is designed according to the standard of safety work shop of static electricity. Also, we totally follow the rule ISO 9001 to complete the SMT basic procedures which including gluing, solidification, sealing, cleaning, testing.

Plastic Injection

Plastic Injection Department was established to enhance production Capability and seriously control the quality. In this department, there are 30 plastic injection machines. The Injection pressure is from 80 tons to 175 tons .Also, there is CNC anddischarging process machine to maintain and preserve the mold.Since we have the completely production devices and advanced production skill, we are confidently to produce all kind of exactness plastic accessories and large plastic casing.

Painting

With the special painting, the product has met the various Market needs. Moreover, painting shows the uniqueness of the product. This can increase the popularity of the product and the brand.
We have latest facilities, skilled artificer, and strict quality control to produce this successful series of colorful and modern product.

Mold

Our mold department handles the creation and maintenance of the mold. We have brought the latest miller, grinder, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine) and still more are coming. Moreover, we are increasing our mold facilities and experienced artificers to keep our production up-to-date. These facilities and system keep our production in a prefect status.

We have professional and experienced engineers to monitor every single production and testing. We also apply military standard MIL-STD-105E to check quality of the product. Every product has to pass 4 severe functional tests. In the series of inspecting system and the evidence of ISO 9001 certificate, you could be 100% sure that we will give you the perfect product.

CE certification

The purpose of the directives is to set binding requirements in the health and safety field and other requirements for the common good. These are labeled “essential requirements”.
The main concern behind the new legislative approach is to ensure that: 1. Only products which are safe in respect to health, the environment and consumer protection will be allowed to circulate. 2. Any product marketed legally in one country of the EU can also be sold in all the other countries.

FCC

LUCENT TRANS is proud to succeed Fedral Communications Commission regulation. FCC is an independent United States government agency, directly responsible to Congress. The FCC was established by the Communications Act of 1934 and is charged with regulating interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable. The FCC’s jurisdiction covers the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. possessions.

TUV GS Mark

LUCENT TRANS is proud to pass TUV GS Mark. Typically, the electrical and mechanical safety aspects of a product are evaluated, tested and certified in conjunction with the issuance of this Marking. The TUV GS Mark is most often a voluntary certification and has long been a recognized symbol in Germany for safety-tested products. The TUV GS Mark demonstrates the following:1.A representative sample of the product has been evaluated, tested?and approved for safety.2.Production line is inspected on an annual basis. 3.TUV GS Mark may also provide you with a marketing advantage since it is a voluntary mark.

RoHS

LUCENT TRANS complies with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) policy of EU (European Union) This is a policy of European Union, the intention reduces the specific harmful substance included in the mechanical material of electron, the intact name is “Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment”, the purpose lies in bearing the health and environment since production up to discarding , the cycle of whole life of the products must be limited to minimum limit.

WEEE

LUCENT TRANS complies with WEEE(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)The main objectives of the WEEE Directive are the prevention of waste electrical and electronic equipment; promote the re-use recycling and other forms of recovery of used materials and components, and to improve the environmental performance of all operators (manufacturers, traders, treatment facilities) involved in the life cycle of products.

Financing for collection, treatment, recovery and disposal is the responsibility of the producers of electrical and electronic equipment.

CCC Mark

The China Compulsory Certificate mark, commonly known as CCC Mark, is a compulsory safety mark for many products imported, sold or used in the Chinese market. It became implemented on May 1, 2002 and fully effective on August 1, 2003.[1]

It is the result of the integration of China’s two previous compulsory inspection systems, namely “CCIB” (Safety Mark, introduced in 1989 and required for products in 47 product categories) and “CCEE” (also known as “Great Wall” Mark, for electrical commodities in 7 product categories), into a single procedure.

E-mark Certification

A requirement in the European Community for motor vehicles and their components such as electrical and electronic products to ensure safety of driving and requirements of environment protection.

IECEE CB Scheme

The IECEE CB Scheme is the world’s first truly international system for mutual acceptance of test
reports and certificates dealing with the safety of electrical and electronic components, equipment
and products. It is a multilateral agreement among participating countries and certification
organizations. A manufacturer utilizing a CB test certificate issued by one of the accepted National
Certification Bodies (NCBs) can obtain certification marks of the latter, within their scope of
adherence, in the countries where the accepted NCBs are located.

KTL

The Korea Testing Laboratory(KTL) is a leading testing and certification body in Korea established for the purpose of improving technology and global competitiveness of industries.

BSMI

The Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) under the Ministry of Economic Affairs is the authority responsible for standardization, metrology and product inspection in Taiwan.

NOM

The Norma Oficial Mexicana (Official Mexican Standard), abbreviated NOM, is the name of each of a series of official, compulsory standards and regulations for diverse activities in Mexico. They are more commonly referred to as NOMs or normas.
The standards are prepared by the Dirección General de Normas (DGN) (General Directorate of Standards), which is the body representing Mexico in the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

UL certification

LUCENT TRANS is proud to pass UL (Underwriters Laboratories ) certification. It has developed more than 800 Standards for Safety. Our Standards for Safety are essential to helping ensure public safety and confidence, reduce costs, improved quality and market products and services. Millions of products and their components are tested to UL’s rigorous safety standards with the result that consumers live in a safer environment than they would have otherwise.
