There are 70 engineers in the Research and Development team at Lucent Trans Electronics Co, Ltd. Our motto is to get everything right at the first step of development. The team is devoted to meeting various demands from customers and keeping up with the trend in the market. The R&D expanse has accounted for more than 3% of annual revenue for the last 3 years.

Electronics

Most of our engineers have more than 10-year experience in research and development. There are 4 groups: switching power supply, multimedia, IP Camera and computer peripherals. They are such experienced and professional experts in the related field that they can promptly generate premium and functional products to meet market and customers' demands.

Software

With more and more powerful functions built in cellular phones, users expect more than making phone calls. Hence, application software such as “mobile surveillance system”, “mobile bodyguard”, and “ViaSkype Out” were developed to provide reliable functions and convenience to life. Our software engineers are capable of developing under different platforms such as Java, Symbian, Windows and BREW.

Mechanical

Several well-trained mechanical engineers who are familiar with sophisticated 3D mechanical design software can provide customers with firsthand product identification and measurement.

Equipments

In order to develop excellent quality products, we invest not only in personnel education but also in hardware and equipments, such as Programmable AC Source, Spectrum Analyzer, Automatic component Analyzer, Bluetooth RF Test Instrument, and Network/Spectrum/Impedance Analyzer. With the assistance of state-of-the-art devices, we are able to invent and create products which facilitate and benefit life.
